Unfortunately I think you are going to win the competition. But, I do not like you and don't think you deserve to be in the band INXS. I did not start watching from the beginning and I will admit the first time I saw you I thought by doing your own arrangements it made you a stong candidate. Then the weeks progressed and I saw that you are cocky. I'm really amazed you have so many fans as most human beings don't like cocky people. What makes you better than the rest? Your voice is no better than the others. Each contestant has amazing voices and they are all different. I'm sure you will get the gig and I feel sorry for INXS because you "don't play well with others". I think you are best suited to have a solo career so no one will have to put up with your arrogance.

JD, My whole family (5 year old dd and my mom included) is hoping they pick YOU. You are the only of the three that I will follow. Otherwise, I'm not sure I could ever love the new INXS (and I am your age and was also listenin to them YEARS ago). Marty is great BUT great doing SOMETHING ELSE. Mig is a sweet sweet man and I think he should stay in theater. I bet he's amazing! YOU ARE PERFECTLY suited! I am so confident you will be picked - its obvious you have stirred a lot of emotion (good and bad) in a lot of people and that says a lot!

Well, it is down to this:

INXS, never realy liked their style or music... But, INXS has this to CHOSE FROM:

JD: Sounds closest to Michael Hutchens as they will find... but, has a bit of ELVIS in his performances plus a bit too much SCHTICK

MIG: Looks and Sounds Like DONNY OSMOND - could be a cookie cutter clone of Donny Osmond, infact... has a gay-ish voice - hair is WAY too high and way too GAY at times, but looks ok in tight pants..

and then there is

MARTY: Who could most possible grow into the perfect mix for a New and improved INXS... he has a seriosness the others lack, but does in fact tend to sound quite like Pearl Jam from time to time...

out of the ones they had to choose from these are the 3 that should be the three...

its between Marty and JD

if they choose MIG INXS deserves to FAIL and If they are so silly to choose MIG I HOPE their records fail...

Both Marty and JD would benefit INXS

Marty being the most innovative as I see JD sounds the same al teh time - same beats to all his songs same voice and same schtick...

I have been a fan of yours since the first show. I have loved all of your performances. You are the reason i kept watching the show. When you sang by my side you gave me chills. I hope you win tonight because i would love for your dream to come true. With or without INXS I will be a fan of your always.

And tonight, I'll be right here sitting on my sofa; lotus postion, with a dirty martini in one hand and my sound system remote in the other planted in front of my humongus TV screen, rocking and singing to your beat with toe & belly bells on and "butt rockin" myself to your frenzy!!! Congrads on making it this far. To be honest you were not my choice but I told my girl you will win. You have the complete package to be a star. Don't go for your dream, Make and take it. This is where you belong, I saw that in week one and if INXS doesn't see it- screw them, take your band to the top and have them open for you. Congrads and stay real.

The winner has probably already been announced over there, but for us in the sunny U.K we don't get to see the show until Sunday. I just wanted to wish you all the best, it's has to be you, mate. INXS were great then, but with you up front they'll be AMAZING now. I'd certainly fly to the states to see a show.

And whatever happens, make sure you release Pretty Vegas - i haven't been able to get it out of my head since the group songwriting clinic!

Hey J.D. -- Waited until the last minute here to post some words of support for you. There's no doubt in my mind that you should be the one to complete INXS - your stage presence and command of your onstage performance (not to mention your proven track record collaborating with Andrew) place you head & shoulders above your competition when it comes down to who is the right man/best fit for INXS. You've got the whole package: you ARE a rockstar. Talent and charisma ooze from your pores, man!!! You have that rare appeal that translates into the women wanting to be with you and the men wanting to be you. In short, YOU ARE IT!!! Anyway, thanks for all of the early drama you provided on the show, and for the incredible growth you've allowed us to watch you undergo (your transformation over the season has been the most compelling aspect of the show for me apart from the competition itself)... not to mention all of your kick-ass performances and my new favorite song, "Pretty Vegas," which I can't wait to get my hands on when it's released as the new INXS single :-) Looking forward to hearing a lot more from you, J.D. And just for the record (meaning as a general comment not necessarily directed to J.D.) I'd like to say that in my opinion MiG, though talented in his own right, doesn't hold a candle to J.D. or Marty as a prospective member of the band (I think the entire continent of Australia, perhaps loathe to see their greatest rock and roll band led by a non-Australian, kept MiG out of the bottom three all those weeks... and I can't help wondering whether the band booted Susie, who I think deserved to be in the top three with J.D. & Marty, as a sort of sacrificial lamb knowing that ultimately they wouldn't select a female, and not wanting to draw the ire of their countrymen & women by eliminating the lone Aussie prior to the finale)... as for Marty, there's no doubt he's a gifted songwriter and performer, but again in my opinion he would do better either as a solo act or with a band of his own creation -- I don't find his energy or performance style to be especially compatible with INXS. J.D. + INXS = the restoration, future, and continued success of this too long absent band. Rock on J.D., and rock on INXS!

Like I have said before...tonight is your night to here "your the right guy for our band mate"!! Good things come to those who wait. You have been waiting for 20 years for this dream to come true. Watching you perform every week, and watching you grow every week has been amazing. When you sang Mystify the first time it was awesome for me because I have loved INXS from the begining, and you made the music come alive once again. Thats special and not everyone has a second chance to become a top ROCK GROUP once again. INXS has that chance right now, I just hope they realize your the person to front their AWESOME rock band. You have been showing them what your made of all summer long, I see you going on stage tonight and blowing everyone away with your performance.. you may be singing "you cant always get what you want" but tonight you will find you get what you need!!! Always dream and keep your dreams alive, because in the end all we have are our memories...
